Tele Sales Executive

Objectives of this role

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a tele sales executive
Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the tele sales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive

Responsibilities

Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the tele sales executive job role
Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
Be aware of the latest industry trends as a tele sales executive
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints

Back Office - Data Entry & Excel Specialist

Job description

Knowledge of Working on Google Sheets, Drive , Google Form and Basic Excel and Word.
Follow Up with Concerned Person for Process Related Pending Work in the Dashboards
Follow up with Team and other Branch Office to ensure that Project assigned is completed on time
Reviewing Work orders to ensure that they have been completed correctly and supplied .
Coordinating and negotiations with Vendors to ensure that correct supply of materials and delivery on time
Pro-actively contribute to process improvement efforts

Responsibilities

Daily Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in Excel.
Activity Tracking: Monitor and record day-to-day operations and project updates.
Excel Expertise: Utilize formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to create clean, efficient, and insightful reports.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports, summaries, and insights from the data for management.
